Shipping costs and terms
Orders from www.jenkastudio.com will be shipped within 1-3 days from receiving the order. The shipping cost for each item is specified at ‘my cart’ when placing the order.
PENINSULAR SPAIN
The delivery date at the customer’s address (first attempt) is 2 to 4 working days for orders with delivery in the Peninsula.
BALEARIC ISLANDS
The delivery date at the client’s address (first attempt) is 3 to 5 working days in the case of orders delivered to Balearic Islands.
CANARY ISLANDS
Due to their special tax regime, the territories corresponding to the Canary Islands are considered to be non-Community territories. Therefore, purchases made by residents of these territories are exempt from VAT (all customs clearance costs and import taxes are not included in the price of the item, these costs will be known with precision prior to the completion
EUROPE
The delivery date at the customer’s address (first attempt) is 4 to 6 working days for orders delivered in Portugal and 5 to 7 days in France, Germany, UK, Belgium, Italy, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. Deliveries to all other European countries will take 6-9 working days.
It is up to the recipient to verify the products at the reception of them and to expose all qualifications and claims that may be justified. Deliveries are made during working hours, being valid the reception by any person who is in the customer’s home or, if appropriate, in charge of the entrance to the property (custodians, etc …).
If at the moment of delivery of the product at the indicated address, the customer is absent, the carrier will make a new attempt.
RETURNS
If when you receive your order and are not satisfied, you have a period of 14 days, from the date of receipt, to exercise the right of return. Shipping costs, in case of return, will be borne by the customer. To make the return the product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Once the package/product has been received at our facilities and once its condition has been verified, the amount will be refunded by the same route in which the payment was made.
PAYMENT CONDITIONS
The products purchased through this portal, will be paid by the User on the Web, through credit/debit card.
For payments with credit or debit card, the charge will be made online, that is, in real time, through a secure payment gateway, once it has been verified that the data reported are correct.
